Step Up we use a multitude of sources to fulfill your requirements. Once selected we will pre-screen & down select your candidates.
We use job fairs, SRA (Special Recruitment Authority), Social media, regional licensed recruitment officers and office marketing.
Our offices are in the main hub of the recruitment industry A. Mabini Street Ermita Manila.
Plus we have our own online real time “Job Bank” database, which is constantly updated with new bio data from web and mobile enquiries from across the whole of the Philippines and beyond.
Interview
The final interview can be performed by your company representative either online via our web conference facilities or face to face in our offices. If you prefer or cannot make it to The Philippines we can conduct the interview for you using pre-agreed selection criteria.
3 month Guarantee – STEP UP INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER SERVICES will provide a 3 month guarantee for each candidate. We will repatriate any candidate found unfit or unqualified not directly requested by the employer.
